Ebay stops my ice machine listing attempts

The ebay listing webpage stops me saying, "The product you are trying to list is prescription only and prohibited under our Medical Devices Policy.",  yet I see many sold items that apparently have broken that ebay rule.

I never got a prescription for the ice machine when I bought it new, so it seems unfair for ebay to stop my sale listing for it because ebay claims it is a prescription-only item.

 I would still like to sell my item.  Do you have any suggestions?

Required prescriptions are not the only reason why some medical items cannot be sold. Some devices require authorization in advance, or can only be sold by certain qualified business sellers.
