The return label is just a link. You have to click on it for it to display and print. If you still can't see the label to print it:
Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the
default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and
printing your shipping label.
