I have been asked by the seller to send him a code that EBAY is supposed to send me or EBAY is going to cancel the order. Seller is holding item because it is large and I don't have space just yet, but I can't find where to send request to EBAY for the code.
help please?

If this was a local pick up item eBay automatically sent you a message or an email with the special code to give to the seller once you paid for the item and took delivery. You would have received both a six digit code and a QR code for the seller to input into the eBay app to prove delivery. Do not provide the code if you do not already have the item.

HI @matti.pau
In addition to what @jacbarcollectibles has provided, the Seller telling you eBay will cancel the order if you do not provide the code is not true, they just want to use the code to confirm the item was picked up to cut down on any payments holds eBay has put the money on.
However, you still need to go pick the item up in a timely manner regardless of whether or not you have space for it, that is NOT the Seller's problem and you need to figure something out in that regard.
