Ebay’s Corporate office number or email

Hello, I’ve been facing an issue for several weeks now. I cancelled a bid by mistake and was charged a fee, when I contacted ebay I was told by an agent it would be credited, however it wasn’t. I followed up 4 more times after that and was told I would be refunded, I never was. Eventually I called my bank and got the money back, however now ebay is going to charge me again. How do I get in contact with their corporate offices? Seems like regular customer service has no idea what they’re doing.

It's pretty easy to find eBay's corporate contact information on the internet.  I think a letter on paper would be more appropriate for this problem.  I'd start with the legal department.  https://www.ebayinc.com/company/our-leaders/
