Our feedback count this morning was 3475. This evening it is now 3474. It appears that they have subtracted 1 from the feedbackcount and we can't understand why. We have done NOTHING wrong. All of our recent FB is still posted, yet the count is down by 1. Could it possibly be a glitch w/ ebay? Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks.
In some situations, eBay may remove a feedback rating. If a new user is suspended within a certain amount of time after creating the account, feedback ratings and comments made by that user may be removed as well.
