Does anyone have a phone number for ebay for sellers. I have a buyer that wants to return something that was new in sealed box and he opened it....tried to use it but it didn't work on his faucet. It's not new anymore. Any suggestions? Thank you

@lukescollegetuition No need to call. You have free returns which means a buyer can return the item for ANY reason. You have to accept the return.
However this is what seller protections you have since you are TRS and offer free returns.
1st Report the buyer after you get the item back for abusing the return process if they filed a not as described return:
If the buyer abuses the eBay MBG in some way then you can report them but it doesn't get your money back:

Then for seller protection you can reduce the amount of the refund because the buyer returned the faucet in a different condition:
Sellers have protection for return abuse if they offer FREE RETURN shipping on their listings OR if they are a Top Rated seller and offer 30 days or greater returns. The seller can then reduce the refund amount by up to 50% if the buyer sends a different item or somehow reduces the value of the item.
