Ebay not issuing my payment

Hi! Several weeks ago I went to visit my sister in Ohio.   I put my store in vaycay mode with the option to purchase and wait for my return.   That's when the storm hit and I could not get home for another week.  When I got home,  I printed up my postage and mailed off my packages.  However,  for more than a week now,  Ebay is not showing the payments for those items,  I'm actually negative because they did charge me for the postage but have not posted payments.   What can I do? Trying to contact Ebay for help is very similar to getting my flight changed with Southwest.  It's just not happening.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
