Ebay keeps charging my account 35 dollars

I keep getting charged 35 dollars from ebay? For selling cost and which the person refurned the item. But ebay keeps charging my account and adding another charge when it doesnt go through  .. id like my money back please??

@alliedawn-7   Did you have a reserve price on the auction?   Reserve price fees are due even if the item doesn't sell. 

Did your buyer not pay?  If that happened then you cancel the sale as buyer hasn't paid on the 5tth business day after the sale.  Then you get your sellers fees back ( except for optional upgrades like reserve price)   

You do have to cancel no later than 30 days after the end of the sale.   So it's too late to cancel on your own now.
