This has happened multiple times.
I advertise in my listing. Economy Shipping (USPS Parcel Select Ground®)
After the sale, Ebay only shows me priority and will not allow me to use economy?
Is there something I don't understand?

@nerveclinic eBay removed parcel select from the label flow due to the high number of item not received refunds that sellers had to issue due to the slow shipping.
Priority shipping usually only costs a small amount more and comes with $50 insurance Or $100 insurance if you are Top Rated.
You can still purchase a parcel select label from PayPal or Pirateship.com at the same commercial base rate as eBay.
Parcel select should be reserved for shipping items that most ship by ground because they are hazardous or over the size limit for Priority.
For example that men's polo shirt I am sure weighs less than 1lb could ship 1st class for less than parcel select.

Thanks for your help.
So sounds like you are saying I should get the label somewhere else for ground because Ebay doesn't allow it?
But why do they allow it on some items but not on others?
They have allowed me to use it on some items. Is it item category based?
Why when I am listing do they allow it as an option, but after the sale they don't?

@nerveclinic I am not sure of which categories they have removed it from but if you don't see the option when printing the label then yes you will have to purchase the label elsewhere.
Parcel select for the shirt makes no sense as it will cost more than 1st class and take MUCH longer to arrive to your buyer which could result in a negative feedback or not received claim. Buyers can file not received cases when an item is just a day late.
