Is there any way to get in contact with someone other than the stupid automated crap. I have been waiting to get a refund on 2 different items because they were either fake or the seller never shipped. Been waiting on almost 300$ for 2 week how can I get my **bleep** money

Generally you do not need to talk to anyone to get a refund for an item that is not as described or is not received.

Go through the "not as described" return process:

The seller will have three business days to either refund you directly, provide a prepaid return label or else pay for tracked return shipping and then refund you upon return. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days you should be able to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

There is a similar procedure if an item is not received:

If the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery within three business days, at that point you can ask eBay to step in and refund you.

I have I've already got the email saying I will get refunded only problem is it says it will take 3 to 5 business days and it's been almost 2 weeks and still no money.

If you have been refunded on eBay, the refund will go back to the original payment source. How long it takes to appear on a bank statement depends on your specific bank.
