Ebay hasn't paid me

The money I received on the first item I sold has never been credited to my bank account.  I can't seem to locate any place to talk directly to an Ebay agent about this.  I've tried every avenue on the Ebay site but to no avail.

You should also read through the transactions in your payment account. Shipping is always deducted from available funds, so you may just be seeing that shipping from your newer sales being deducted from your older sales. Especially with items sold at $.99 where you are going to have a loss on the sale.
