Ebay doesn't follow it's own feedback policy

Ebay doesn't follow it's own feedback policy, their policy states  quote-

Buyer-related transaction issues

We remove neutral/negative feedback when we can see that:

  • The buyer is raising an issue that was correctly disclosed in the listing!

Here is the neg feedback received over 6 weeks later after the buyer did not read the description or ask to return the item.  ( I should have read more into it but the title should say “youth” instead of “boys”)

The description in the very first sentence says this is for a boys youth.......

The title is not the only place for every details and it is same boys/youth,  not infant, toddler, teen, or adult anyways it is clear the buyer is saying the listing did not have the size and it clearly did, it does not have to have entire listing in the title.

So you all keep sending the same stupid generic email and telling me to read policy, you are the ones who need to read the policy and have some common sense the feedback was contrary to  your policy, every agent and supervisor I spoke with agreed this was grounds for removal, but I guess you don't know your own policy!!!!!!!!!

That feedback was left 6 months ago.  Too late to remove it now.  What was the buyer's issue?  I read the title as a boy's size small.  Boy...youth.  What is the difference?  I don't see a difference, except that perhaps youth might be used if the shirt was unisex.

Actually the feedback was left in October, after 30 days it moves into the 6 month slot, I sent dispute over a half dozen times and got same **bleep** generic response, they need to train the so called specialist who don't know their job.
