Spent 2 hours on the phone being passed off from one department to another because somebody hacked my account and bought three items using my saved credit card and had them shipped to my address! Not surprisingly, the items never arrived at my house! I got transferred to the fraud department and they couldn't help me???? So I said I wanted to close my account so I got transferred to that department and they said they couldn't help me????? Then I got sent back to the original department and she said that she sent me an email to send to my credit card company which I have not received. So I asked for a supervisor and was told, surprise, surprise, they were all busy and would be put on a call-back list. I will not hold my breath! I called the 800 number and was not surprised when I really couldn't talk to anyone!!!
