I got an email from Ebay saying, "We wanted to let you know that a bid or order for the listing below was canceled because of an issue with the buyer’s account:..."
I had not yet mailed out the item (but did have it packaged and ready to go), so I cancelled the sale after getting this notification and refunded the buyer since they had already paid.
Now, I think this same buyer may have a new account and wants to buy the item again, along with something else, but it is a different account number.
I am not sure how to procede. I'm still kind of new to selling on Ebay.
Help, please!!
