Ebay bots don't understand my issue and I can't get a real person to talk to

How do I get past the loop of the virtual agent not having any idea what I am asking about?

Use the virtual agent to request a chat or a call back from a human agent by typing "agent" into the chat window and answering a couple of questions so you can be connected with the correct department. If you see options for "Still need help?" or "More options", one of those should lead to a chat or call back option.
