Ebay International Combined Shipping

Charges:

I have a buyer that wants to purchase two items and lives in AUS.  He wants to pay combined shipping.  I suggested he put both items in and eBay shopping cart and then ask for an invoice.  He told me this did not work and he still sees two shipping charges.  One for each item.

Please advise.

I suggest to lower a part of the shipping costs for each listing.

That is better if your buyer wants to return one item.

Appreciated but my customers have mentioned this before, and all say they want to be informed of one combined shipping cost.  Then they compare other sellers for the same items.  It seems it was simpler before and could be now.
