Thank you for answering. Yes, the silver's all scratched off. It may be an old card. I was able to get a call back from an Ebay agent. He saw the $ on card and patiently walked me through uploading photo of card and receipt. He said a review of the problem will take 7 business days and suggested I contact the seller and ask him to take down the listing pending review, while assuring him I will buy the item. I did that. Fingers crossed. Thank you again.
