eBay Bucks have always had an expiration date; early eBay Bucks certificates expired after a month from being issued at the start of the quarter. Most recent eBay Bucks issued since 2021 were good for a year before expiring.
The last opportunity to earn any eBay Bucks was January 2023, and those would have been issued starting early March 2023 (and will expire March 2024), any eBay Bucks issued in 2022 would have expired some time in 2023.
