Ebay Bucks 5% Offer Not Updating

On 9/13 I received a 5% ebay bucks offer.  I activated the offer and made several purchases that were eligible for the promotion.  Since then I've noticed that the ebay bucks have not been noted in my account, nor were the purchases listed on the ebay bucks page.  Is ebay aware of this issue?  I've seen other users note the same issue in the community forum.

Just letting others with a similar issue know that I called and reported this issue to ebay.  Now what they'll do or not do with it is anyone's guess.   I'll keep an eye on it, and if nothing changes by tomorrow, it looks like it will be another call to customer service.

Looks like the issue has been resolved (at least for me).  Hope others with the same issue are have been helped as well.
