It is my understanding that Some Countries in Europe have the "eBay Authenticity Guarantee" program as optional. I am a seller (mostly watches) and some of my buyers have asked not to send the watches using this program. I am also a buyer, and in some cases, I know the seller/s because I have bought from them before. There are times when I do not see the need for this program, I believe that it is nice to have it, but it should be optional. I also feel like we should not be forced to accept it. What do you think?
