I'm trying to track a package shipped to me using the Easy Ship tracking. (Not a problem with the seller.) The tracking links show the number as invalid as it is obviously NOT a USPS tracking number. So I researched and found it is an Easy Ship tracking number. In order to track the package, I had to add an extension. I then opened an online chat to see if the package could be located. In order to chat with an online tracking "expert", I was told I would need to pay $5 that would be fully refundable. When I attempted to pay with my account, there was a $60 charge for an annual membership!
I did not complete the transaction.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
