I sent an item out on Wednesday the 12th last week. I sent it on time the exact day I was supposed to. The buyer left Negative feedback on Friday saying they had not received it and it was devastating. The item arrived on Monday on time and the buyer did not open a case but how can eBay allow NEG feedback 2 days after I ship. It appears the eBay phone number I have no longer works and I would like to call them. Anyone know how to get a live body?

eBay has not had a published support number since the beginning of COVID, but at the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.

Since you shipped on time and the item arrived by the estimated delivery date, eBay should remove the feedback.
