I am a new seller and working to ship out my 2nd and 3rd orders but I am unable to purchase a shipping label using the ESE option.. it shows grayed out and the closest option is USPS Media Mail.
I had my 1st sale last week using the same options and was able to print my label using the ESE option. There was no change in the package size or weight.
Please help - I need to ship both of my orders tomorrow morning.
