This is a question for eBay but there is no option to contact eBay direct for this matter so hopefully I can get some guidance here. I recently ordered an item and took advantage of an eBay voucher. The item I ordered (buy it now, not auction) was not in stock so in messages with the seller I decided to buy a similar but slightly more expensive item. They advised this could only be done by cancelling the existing order and placing a new order, which I did. The refund I received for the original order was the purchase price less the eBay voucher value. What I need to know is how to apply the voucher to the new order, can someone please give me some assistance? Thanks in advance.
