I think it's a shame that EBay Bucks have almost all been discontinued! It seems that it's all about the bottom line here! I am unhappy with EBay lately. Collecting taxes for states also hurts.

What do you mean by "almost"?
And, in case you missed this, eBay is REQUIRED BY LAW to collect state sales tax for, I believe, 43 states.
Feel free to be unhappy with your state legislature about this. eBay had no say in it.
