EBay îs penalizing me for not paying in 3 days, while I've notified Seller that I'm still bidding

Ebay is restricting me from either bidding or buying, because some auto program says the sale has been cancelled because of non-payment. This has happened twice in the past 2 weeks unbeknownst to the seller,

What can I do about it when eBay no longer has direct contact with their customers. The auto system doesn't

deal with this issue.
