EBAY non responsive on one computer, ok on another

I am connecting to EBAY thru GOOGLE CHROME. It works fine on my laptop. However, on my desktop computer, I get page not responsive messages. I can't figure out how to contact EBAY  or the where to contact the community to get help. I am hoping I can get help here.

I have updated Chrome.

I have cleared cache and cookies.

Both computers are connected to the same router.

I have updated Windows on the desktop and rebooted.

I don't know what else to try.

Try another browser as a test. If eBay loads fine, then there is something about your Chrome installation or settings that is causing a problem. Possibly an add-on is conflicting with eBay. Are you using a VPN or an add-on like "Disconnect"?

Thank you. I removed several extensions and EBAY works fine now. I an not sure which extension caused the problem. I removed several. Interesting that I think the same extensions are on the Laptop and I didn't have a problem with it. Tomorrow, I will try adding the extensions back in one at a time and see if I can find the culprit.  My wife appreciates your help.

You are very welcome -- glad to hear that helped.

It may be a problem with a particular version of one add-on, or a particular setting. A newer version may not have the same problem, or changing settings may have an effect. Or perhaps the problem is due to a combination of browser version and add-on version.

First try to narrow down to the add-on causing the issue, then see if there is a new version or an alternative with the same functionality.

If you figure out exactly what the problem is, indicating that in a follow-up might help the next person that experiences the same issue.
