EBAY help sucks!!! Rely on the sellers to do your work?

I had a simple question, and it takes an act of Congress to figure out, no one Living is willing to speak to a simple seller. I've lost the sell, but i'm ready to walk to another platform. If i can't undo an action when i revise a listing, then why allow me to do an action at all???????

I needed answer then. Not 20 minutes later of Googling and forums. 
either way, it doesn’t matter. The sale has left me.
