I used a gift card for a purchase of two tires , one of the EBAY gift cards did NOT have all of the numbers on the back of the card , EBAY would NOT accept the card and kept asking me to use another card . So what there saying is that the card is not good , I have the reciept from Safeway where I bought the card and paid $ 200.00 for it !
