They always go in favor of the buyer and they always lie to get thier money back. The case in question was I made a mistake saying both items she bought were in thier original boxes. I was laid up from major surgery and was doing listing from bed . I made the mistake the both had original boxes when only one did. When she go the items she immediately contacted me and ripped me a knew one. Demanded I send her $50 for the missing box. I told her to return both in the same condition mint with original packing she put a jim shore reindeer in a shoe box and of course it came back broken. Ebay denies my appeal. I hate them and I have been with them for 23 year. So sick of their lies. Every agent gives you wrong info or lies about it.
