Buyer DID NOT return item as required by ebay rules. I requested ebay for help. ebay stepped in and agreed in favored of the seller (me) case closed in writing from ebay. But then ebay later changed the finding and favored the buyer? The buyer was refunded and able to keep the item for free. This is robbory! ebay has unlawfully taken my property and my money! I plan to take legal action to correct this unlawful act. The buyer made a false claim and ebay is aiding and abetting this larceny after the case was closed in favor of the seller (me). The proper item was delivered on time to the buyer. Still the buyer requested a return so the proper paid return was sent to the buyer on time per ebay rules but the item was not returned. I request ebay to correct and reverse to the initial finding in favor of the seller (me). Also, I request ebay to follow-up and contact me ASAP to avoid father action for this crime that was committed against me. EBAY HAS NOT CONTACTED ME!!
