EBAY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE??

Hello, at what point of the game do large volume sellers get a designated ebay representative or is that even a thing?  It is so aggravating being passed around to third world countries to different "departments" of people that dont understand things just to get simple issues resolved, Its ridiculous that we sell millions of dollars annually on ebay for over 20 years and cant get simple quick accurate help when needed, not three different answers from three different people, if i treated my large wholesale accounts like this at my brick and mortar im certain they would just go elsewhere!

@thesalvageguys   Only Enterprise stores that pay 3k a month in store fees have a dedicated representative.  

 

Here's the best way to get help.  I recommend saving this post.  

 

#1  Ask here.  We know how eBay policies work and will tell you the truth.  Agents often say what a member wants to hear so they get a good rating.

 

#2  I you need help with Managed Payments issues the best way to get a call back from a MP agent is from your Payments Summary Page in Seller Hub.  

 

On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark.   Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"

 

#3  Contact customer service on Social Media.  The agents are more experienced, they usually can't help with MP issues though.
