E Bay continues to relist items I have sold, so I have to refund my customers

Two orders today and I have sold them some time ago. E Bay counts me down each time I refund them. Plus I can not get anyone in person to talk too. I do not see my problem on E Bay to ask about. And yes, I had only one item to sell so no mistake there. The automated person is no help whatsoever!  HELP!!!!
