I ordered a B&D composter in early December, received it, and was properly billed for it. A week later I received another one. No bill for it. I can't get ebay to understand this, i.e., do they want the second one back or can I keep it for free? It costs about $140 and the box weighs over 40 pounds. It is unopened.
