You haven't sold in some time, so I am guessing you need to sign up for Managed Payments.
Make sure the name on your checking account matches the name on your ebay account exactly. If needed add a middle initial or middle name if needed.
Make sure your registered address is a physical address and not a P.O. box. You can change it later after you are in Managed Payments.
