There is a setting in your Communication Preferences that should allow you to have future messages also sent to your email address. Look under Delivery Options:

You can request your eBay data in your Account Settings, including requesting some message text information by date range. Reports generally take a week to be generated, and then you must use the resulting link within another week or it expires.
