Double billing problem

I need to know why you keep double billing me if you look at the past two days on the three or four b**** I paid for you double charged me my account is a minus I cannot purchase the next bed that I was going to buy I need to know why this keeps happening you have done it to me before please get back with me and explain why I keep getting double billing it takes 3 to 5 days for it to go away once it's paid I lose on beds when you do that to me that to me is **bleep** poor business please get back with me ASAP

Are you talking about on your Credit Card?  If so, when you use your card, whatever store or site you are purchasing from pings your credit card which puts a pending payment on your card.  That doesn't transfer any funds off your card back to Ebay until Ebay gets the transaction processed.  Then the pending amount will disappear and the charge will be on your card.  

It isn't double billing or taking money from you twice.  If you watch your cards, you will start to see that most places do this now to verify you have the money available on that card and to keep it available until the transaction processes, which takes 1-3 days.
