Double Billed Shipping

I sold a bike and shipping was $192.87.  When I printed the label it jammed and was ruined.  So I reprinted and shipped the item.  Then I noticed I was double billed because I printed two shipping labels.  It said I could cancel the second one but when I tried it said I couldn’t because the item had already been shipped.  There are no live customer service at eBay.  What to do?  Sue in small claims court?

You need to void the first label!

You need to void the label that you did not use.  The shipping carrier will take 21 days to make sure that the label was not used before they authorize a refund.

You need to void/ cancel the label you DIDN’T use.  [You have 28 days to do that.]
