Do you mean you ordered floor mats and they do not fit your vehicle? If that is what happened go to your purchase history and click on the Return item or More Actions button. Select doesn't fit as the reason for returning the mats. You do not have to contact the seller, ebay will do that and they will have 3 days to respond to the dispute. If they say they cannot purchase a return shipping label, you go back to your My eBay page find the dispute, it will be listed there open it and ask ebay to step in.
