Does this look like a bot bid on this?

I lost an auction to someone who bid two different bids at the same.  Is that a person using a bot to bid?

It does appear that the winner bid twice, but that could be the result of setting up a snipe bid with a sniping service and submitting a manual bid at the same time, or possibly setting up two bid entries side by side in different windows and hitting both submit bid buttons within one second, or bidding using a computer and a phone at the same time.
