Hi @eclectique 

Below is a link to your Shipping labels page, find the item & label in question.  Use the pull-down menu on the LEFT and select the Void function.  You have 5 days to Void the shipping label before you own it for good.  It can take up to 21 days for the funds to be credited back to your account.
