Does anyone know how I can get a hold of a buyer who purchased something from me in Oct, 2020?

I sold an item in Oct, 2020 to someone in the United Kingdom. He contacted me about 3 - 4 wks after saying it never arrived. I told him to give it a little more time. I heard no more thinking it finally arrived. But I recently received the item back - July, 2021. How do I get a hold of the buyer now to let him know the item came back since it's been so long since I made the sale? I went back to that time period on my invoices, but it won't let me contact him that way, I guess because it's been that long ago. ??
