Does accepting offer also apply their store coupon code?

The seller has a 20% off coupon code for items in their store; I added the item and it automatically applies.

The seller submitted an offer on the item that's 10% off.  If I accept the offer, does the 20% off coupon code also get applied?  If not, it would actually be worse to accept their offer.  I don't want to accept the offer without knowing ahead of time.

Check the Terms & Conditions on the coupon - it may state something like
"Coupon does not apply to auction-style listings or purchases made through the Best Offer feature."

Go to one of their items that shows the code - click where it says terms and conditions.

Usually the terms of a seller coupon say that it can not be applied with best offer.
