Yes, Ground Advantage includes $100 of insurance coverage.  On July 9, the USPS transitioned First Class Package and Package Select into a service called Ground Advantage.

You can use bulk edit to change all of your first class package shipping to ground advantage.

Absolutely, you can see that when you go to print a label, just scroll down the list of USPS selections and USPS G-A will show you they include $ 100 of insurance and you can of course add more if an item sells for over $ 100.
