Hello, I would like urgent help on understanding if sellers pay for shipping return labels?
I offered my buyer a partial offer amount but it was declined. I plan to accept full refund amount, but I’m not sure if that means that I still have to pay for the return shipping label & if the buyer even has to return the item if I choose this option?
On the other hand, if I choose to accept a return, do I pay for the return label and a full refund?

You get one chance to offer a partial refund. If the buyer declines and is stating that the item is not as described, the seller pays return shipping if s/he wants the item back. There may be circumstances that you might want to give a full refund and NOT pay to get the item back (for example, if the shipping is high and the item is damaged, you may not want to get it back). If you have a No Returns policy and the buyer states not as described, and you refuse to accept a return, ebay can refund the buyer and not require the item to be shipped back. You don't get credit for the FVF and a defect is recorded on your account for a case closed without resolution.
