First tyler perri Christmas movie did not work.my friend the police officer said it was a copy right one.which is illegal to do.they only gave 5 days to return it. Which most stores and company give you 30.i have been very sick.today first day i felt better.to make me print a return address label.i would have some place to do it.i want my money back for the broken copy right video.i think they should send me return address label. They should be bar from sale on here too.. Sincerely jolene kay cockey

Sellers return policies are for buyers suffering from Buyers Remorse, they are not for buyers who receive an item that is not as described.  You have 30 days from the date you received the item to open a not as described complaint on eBay, and you have 180 days from the date of payment to open a not as described complaint with Paypal, the seller's return policy means nothing, so ignore it.   Go to the Resolution Center and open the complaint, then if the seller doesn't send you a return shipping label, escalate the complaint by asking eBay to step in as soon as you can, do not agree to a replacement, get the refund and find another seller.
