Do I Have To Link Bank Acct To Sell Something?

I have sold many things on eBay over the last 15 years, but not for about 12 months. When I listed my current item it made me jump through some new hoops and made it sound like the only way I will get money is by linking my bank account??

What happened to getting paid through Paypal? Is that still an option and eBay is trying to scare me into linking my bank account? I don't like the thought of eBay having direct access to my bank.

Yes, you must provide a checking account to get paid. Many sellers open a new account, just to receive their eBay deposits.
