I sold a couple of cards to a buyer. I DO NOT ever sell damaged cards. These particular cards as with all the cards I sell were selected from my collection, photographed carefully by me, sold through the eBay auction, packaged carefully as I do with all my cards safely and sent. The buyer said he received the package. The package was not damaged but the buyer sent me a picture of a card that had damage on the bottom. I compared the picture of the card he sent with the photo of the card I listed and sent. It was not the same... so I messaged the buyer and said it didn't look like the same card but he should send it back to me and I would sent him a refund. The buyer was angry and sent me a negative saying that i was rude and wasted his time. This is unfair! I have messaged several times with the buyer to further resolve this. He has not yet sent the cards back to me but I have already sent him a full refund. He has said that he tried to remove the negative feedback but couldn't. I have sent a formal request through eBay but he has not responded. I have NEVER had a negative. This is completely unfair! How can I get eBay to get this fixed??? Please help!! Regards, Tom
