I bought a ring that was a long time coming and I tried to cancel multiple times and was to late it was on it's way. Of course when I would check it hadn't shipped. Later seller changed delivery date, then sent another text stating they were canceling ring Yeah...No text from seller ring is on it's way. Finally ring got delivered and it was so small you could hardly see it and I wear a 4 3/4-5 Anyways false advertisement . Seller also stated if I received ring and it wasn't what I wanted I could send it right back. Many texts with seller and asking e bay to get me USA address (seller continued to drag their feet. Meanwhile someone was trying to get into my Pay Pal account and I texted to have them check into it they also ask was there any other issues and me not knowing ( because never had before ) I told them I was having trouble with a seller that e bay was checking on it for me and this was before I spoke with Pay Pal. I then got a text from e bay stating Pay Pal took over account because of my mistake and not knowing. Dispute was given to seller, I was never ask to send any pictures or say anything else although they were in touch with e bay that had ALL the texts back and forth and e bay knew of these issues I was locked out of e bay and I lost $ 287 + and was told because I turned it over to Pay Pal their money back garentee was voided and their hands were tied. I didn't know because I never had talked with Pay Pal before so I made the mistake when I answered their question. Call both places today only to be told go back in and start a claim on the dispute. I told them I've read but don't understand how to. Does anyone have Any suggestions? Thanks for Your time.
