I have had a buyer ask to return for refund stating item but genuine although I 100% know it is. As it’s over 30 days she has opened the dispute via her financial institution If I ask her to return will they refund her straight away or wait until I receive it worried she will send a different item.
There's nothing you can do to insure that you will get the item you sent and or if it shipped back, that it will be in the same condition as you mailed it, sorry.
The payment is taken back from you and handed over to the buyer.
